Find your title via My Books, and go to the title's Edit page. Add a new file from the 'Upload Preview (pdf)' section on the left hand side of the page. PDF formats only are accepted.
If you would like to add or update a PDF file to your book record, and give interested parties an insight into the content of the book, you can easily do this from your account. Simply head to My Books, either by clicking the book icon in the top right hand corner, or via the Manage Titles section in My Account.
Once in My Books, navigate to the title you would like to update, then click the 'Edit' link to the right of the title and rights information.
From this page, you can upload a new chapter preview or manuscript. This can be done from the section underneath the book image, in the left column of the page.
If there is no PDF uploaded yet, click the 'Choose file' button underneath the Upload Preview (pdf) section. Search for the PDF you want, click Open (or double click), and then click the Upload button. Your file should be uploaded within a few seconds (depending on how fast your internet connection is).
Previews need to be approved by Admin, so will not appear on your book record straight away. Approval may take up to 24 hours, but feel free to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like us to look into progress for you.
If you would like to update your file, you will need to remove the preview that is already there. Just click 'Delete', and then follow the instructions above to upload a new file.
Bulk Uploading Previews
Manuscript samples are set to be viewable to your account only, by default. Anyone wanting to view the preview will need to send you a request to view.
You can set the preview to be publicly viewable, or viewable to certain members only, by changing the privacy settings. More instructions on how to do this here.
