IPR License has 11 different rights categories -
TV, Film & Dramatisation
Radio & TV Straight Reading
Anthology & Quotation
For each rights category, you can choose any combination of countries or languages available
Examples of ways to list rights available for your titles -
All countries and languages available - Enter 'World; L' into each relevant cell where world rights are available.
Limited countries/languages available - Enter the country and language codes for which you have rights. Use a comma to separate each code, and a semi-colon to separate countries and languages.
E.g., if English language rights are held for US, Canada and UK, and no others, entry is:
'US, GB, CA; Eng'
- Most countries and languages available - Enter "World" followed by 'ex' then the two-letter country code for countries in which you do not have rights. Use commas, but not spaces, to separate each country code.
E.g. if all rights are held apart from rights to publish in Denmark and Sweden, with Swedish and Danish translation rights also unavailable, entry is:
'World ex DK, SE; L ex swe, dan'
- New selection for category- If you would like to list more than one set of rights per category, separate with the symbol ||.
E.g. If you have sold Spanish language rights for some countries and not others, this might be 'World rights held, apart from US and Canada Spanish translation rights'. Entry would be:
'World ex US, CA; L || US, CA; L ex spa'
